§02 · localStorage (related, not a cookie).
We store a small amount of data in your browser's localStorage — quiz progress and UI preferences. It stays on your device and isn't sent to our server unless you sign in and choose to sync.
§03 · Third-party / analytics cookies.
We don't currently set third-party cookies. When we add analytics (GA4 or similar) we will:
- Ask for consent first via a banner — analytics won't load until you accept.
- List the analytics cookies in this policy.
- Configure them with IP anonymisation and no cross-site tracking.
§04 · How to manage cookies.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings — but blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in. We don't offer a separate cookie-preferences widget because we don't set non-essential cookies yet. Questions: privacy@tidelab.io.
